We currently ship within Canada.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates & estimated transit times
Standard Shipping — $12 CAD
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Express Shipping — $20 CAD
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $150 CAD or more, before applicable taxes.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed. Please note that carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect shipping information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@temfragrance.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
